Summer@Mid-Pen 2026 Registration

Please fill out the following form with your Summer@Mid-Pen course selections and payment methods below.

If your family participates in the FlexTuition program, please do not use this form to register. Instead, use the FlexTuition Course Selection Form HERE. You will be sent a custom invoice reflecting your FlexTuition discount percentage.

All service fees are non-refundable. If you need to switch class times, you may up until the registration deadline of May 8.

Under-enrolled classes may be canceled, in which case we will reach out to see if an alternative is suitable.
