If you are on FlexTuition, you may use this form for course selection. You will receive and invoice by email reflecting your FlexTuition discount percentage. If you would like to see your summer school Flex pricing before completing this form, reach out to Mid-Pen's Director of Finance Alexandra Arguello at alexandra@mid-pen.org for the pricing at your discount percentage.
